Creative Consultation
Our 1st appointment will be $500.00 due prior to our date. At this 1st appt. we will go through your goals, and wish list for your project. After our hour and 1/2 together, you can either take the recommendations I’ve given, or we will agree to take the next step. At which time, I will present a well detailed scope of work with my fee prior to beginning the work together.
Day with a Designer
Do you love the process of searching for the perfect pieces for your home, but don’t want to make expensive mistakes? let’s spend the day together looking for just the right fit. This day rate is 6-7 hours, for $1000.00
Budgeting Your Design Project
Full design projects where we manage the whole process start at a budget of $150k while kitchen projects can be between $75k – $125k.
Our fees are very simple. We charge anywhere between 12% and 18% depending on the size and complexity of the project. We will give you an exact estimate and percentage before we start any project.
